I have given 5 star to Vision, for three main reasons:
-the balance: the model's pose, although being quite especial since she's bending backwards, gives a perfect balance to the image.
-the background: a suble background that leads the eye to the model.
-the colors: wonderful post-production to balance and match the colors.
I have given 4 star to Originality for the attractive make-up and the gloves, which is a nice detail to a fashion photo.
Technique, 5 stars
Impact, def 5 stars. This photo as a whole attracts to the eye, with vibrant but subtle colors and, of course, a lovely model. Well done!
